So, by taking a major part of a technology we know, its still the same but with a better effect. Its like bacon and cheeseburger without the burger, but its still a bacon cheeseburger. Its like Frenchfries without the greasy fat. Its so much better, why? Its safer too. Parents won't be too worried about their kidding sticking their toungue or fingers in the fan.
I love the design of this fan. Not because its very futuristic, but because they were able to take a technology that we all are familiar with and making it beautiful and a have a better performance. When we think of a fan, automatically we picture blades spinning together in harmony to produce cool air. But Dyson's concept of a fan will change its successors.
